As a General Manager, my career in luxury hospitality has been defined by comprehensive operational management in high-end properties, leading multicultural teams, and ensuring excellence in every detail. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with highly prestigious international chains, including Iberostar, Viceroy, Be Hoteles, Hermitage, Am Resorts, and Ocean (H10). Within these organizations, I have delivered exceptional service and directed key departments such as Spa, Front Desk, Rooms Division, Reservations, Sales, and Events.

My professional philosophy is rooted in implementing operational practices based on the highest quality standards. This approach has led to securing prestigious certifications such as Leading Hotels of the World and Preferred Hotels, alongside sustainability and ISO accreditations. These achievements reflect my deep commitment to environmental responsibility within the hospitality industry.

My global perspective was further solidified in 2012 when I expanded my career to Europe. Leading teams and operations in Andorra allowed me to refine my adaptability to the rigorous demands of the luxury sector. Later, in 2021, I joined Iberostar Selection Miraflores in Lima as Deputy Hotel Manager, where my focus was on driving operational excellence, elevating the guest experience, and championing sustainable tourism initiatives.

My career is a global journey that has spanned Venezuela, Brazil, Mexico, Europe, and Peru. This international exposure is complemented by my fluency in Spanish, English, Portuguese, and French, enabling me to seamlessly adapt to new markets and thrive in global environments.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Administration and am currently completing my MBA thesis at the University of Barcelona. My ongoing commitment to continuous improvement, strategic vision, and professional growth remains the driving force behind my career in world-class hospitality.
